Rack City Pool Hall & Bar is a Japanese-themed venue on Kessels Road, MacGregor — Brisbane’s southside. Eleven regulation-size pool tables. Premium cues. Sapporo on tap. Cocktails. Hot food. Open late, seven days. It’s not your average pool hall. It’s a licensed bar, a function space, a date-night spot, and a hang for mates — all under one roof. No sticky carpets. No tired tables. No “sports bar” vibe. Just a venue Brisbane actually wants to spend a night in.

The Challenge
When Jimmy and his partner came to us, Rack City had a brand awareness problem — not a business problem. The venue was great. The product was great. Nobody outside the southside knew it existed. Zero Facebook ads. No booking system on the website. No way to tie traffic to bookings. They were busy on weekends and quiet mid-week — and every bit of demand they could’ve captured was walking past the door.

Tracked Every Single Booking
Set up full conversion tracking from ad → click → booking. This is the part most agencies skip. Now every dollar of spend ties to a real, attributable booking.
Fixed The Website + Booking Capture
Upgraded the website to actually convert. Integrated OpenTable so every visitor could book a table in two clicks. Before this, traffic had nowhere to go.
Launched Meta Ads From Zero
They had no ads running. We partnered with GMEDIA in Brisbane to produce the creative — high-end video and photography that actually showed the venue at its best. We launched 60+ creative variations across UGC, cinematic video, and static images. Top videos are now pulling 13,000–17,000+ link clicks each at $0.10–$0.14 per click. Best-performing campaigns deliver bookings at $5.75 each.
